My education and work experience include Psychology, HR, Coaching, Project Management, and Corporate Communications. These activities provide a unique perspective and deep understanding of organizational effectiveness, adult learning, cultural humility, universal design, and human motivation.

I excel at solving problems and delivering on objectives. Whether it’s a performance challenge, a tight deadline, or the consolidation of massive amounts of information, I will persevere to meet the need. I’ve repeatedly accommodated last-minute requests like video creation, infographic development, and PowerPoint presentations.

By conducting thorough learner and needs analyses, we can elicit real change. I’ve leveraged both linear and non-linear processes (ADDIE, SAM, UbD) to facilitate discovery, empathetic design, accessibility, and objective achievement. I’ve also run various human-centered design processes for everyone from nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies.
